First torture session...er exam

Night before first exam, I have to warn you I'm pretty bad after exams, lots of moody whining about how bad I did and how no one in their right mind would let me practice medicine and that I should just pack up and go home, yadda yadda yadda. But it's only one week's material, I'll keep the whining down to a minimum....of one week baby yeeaaaay!
